Telling the story
Although I worked predominantly with New Development
I occasionally also assisted in creating marketing collateral
for high-end resale listings. Each property over 2 million required a “look-book”, a series of Instagram & Facebook posts, and a promotional email.
Each piece was designed within the set specifications of the mhm brand guidelines.

pitch deck
A presentation template created for the New Development team. I created the template in InDesign and then exported to PDF and PowerPoint. This allowed the team to make edits as they saw fit using either PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat.
Property development branding
Each milehimodern development has its’ own personality & brand. This is a collection of a few of my favorite marketing pieces I created for Parkview Residences in Lakewood, Colorado. Including a logo, floor plan posters, and a site map.

Site maps and floor plans were created in Illustrator
and are all based off of contractor property blue prints and technical PDFs
